The heater was finicky, switching the temps from toasty to chilly without warning—definitely not what I wanted while trying to relax. I also noticed that the carpets weren't in great shape, showing signs of wear that made me think it needed a serious clean-up. Late-night noise from other guests was disruptive, hampering any chance of solid sleep. Lastly, those chairs? Full of stains that made sitting uncomfortable at best.
